Troy Night Out Troy Night Out is an extended evening highlighting arts and culture that takes place on the last Friday of every month in Downtown Troy. It regularly fills the small businesses and streets with attendees who are able to enjoy countless art openings, music performances, fine restaurants as well as unique boutiques of all varieties.
