The miSci Education Dept will host hands-on experiences, including:
+“Enable by label” Challenge - Delving into nutrition facts labels will enable you to beat other teams by creating a healthy dinner out of a mystery basket of ingredients.
+Stop Buggin’ me for Dinner! - Did you know insects are a good source of protein and extremely sustainable? Find out the flavor of these creepy crawlies.
+A Hearty Diet - Examine, poke and hold the heart of a sheep or cow. See the effects of a fatty diet - this visual will make you think twice. Move science to cooking and let your mouth water over the incredible flavors a heart has to offer. With ecological issues arising we should look to savoring more of the cattle, we are raising.

Grab a drink and travel to space! Join NASA in a simulated space mission in miSci's Challenger Learning Center.

The Slidin' Dirty Troy food truck will be on-premises serving up some great gastronomic wonders for you to purchase.

The Kona Ice of Clifton Park truck will also be on-site with their delicious shaved ice treats (including “adult” flavors).
